You paralyse a single target of your choice. They must take a Dodge action (DC caster’s Social Modifier). On fail, they are paralysed.
Cantrip – You receive a +30% bonus against being petrified or paralysed.
Imbuement Effect
Weapon – The weapon’s attack deals the effects of the power.
Target – The target receives the effects of the power.
