You deal 150 (d4%) Frost damage in a 25m cone. The target must take an Endure Action (DC Caster’s Intellect Modifier), on success, the damage they receive from this ability is halved.

Cantrip – You generate a minor frost effect that you can use to perform tricks, such as keeping a drink cool.

Weapon – The weapon deals +10% of its damage in Frost Damage
Armour – The wearer gains +10% Damage Reduction to Frost
Target – The target gains a +10% Damage Reduction to Frost
