You cause a target to bleed rapidly

You deal 25 Slashing damage each round to one target per cast on a successful hit. This power is immediately dispelled if the target heals. You may add multiple targets with each cast, the MP cost staying the same per round to keep concentration of the power.

Cantrip – You can invoke bleeding from a target’s nose upon touch. This bleeding does no damage.

Imbuement Effect
Weapon – The weapon deals 10% of its damage per round until the target heals.
Armour – The wearer gains a +25% bonus to all actions made to resist against bleed
Target – The target receives the effects of the power
