You select a target, resetting the duration of all of their current conditions, and immediately causing all of the effects (e.g. Damage, circumstances, etc.) that the conditions had to activate.

Cantrip – You receive a +30% bonus to your Dual Wield action if you are using a power.

Target – The target receives the effects of the power.
