You order a willing group or a person to perform a specific task. They gain XP equal to the level of the caster in RL when performing the task, this ability only applies experience once per day. They receive a +20% bonus to all actions for 1 hour after the task is fulfilled. When doing actions that directly relate to performing the task, they receive a +50% bonus to the action.

The group or people must be able to communicate or hear you for this ability to have any effect.

Cantrip – You can sense exact amount of morale and confidence those have in their abilities upon observation.
