You conscript a willing group or a person to perform a specific task. They gain XP equal to the level of the caster in RL when performing the task, this ability only applies experience once per day. They receive a +10% bonus to all actions for 1 minute after the task is fulfilled.

The group or people must be able to communicate or hear you for this ability to have any effect.

Cantrip – You can sense the general and small details morale and confidence those have in their abilities upon observation.
