DC Action: Toughness (>50%) Administration: Vampire Bites, Blood
Increase Method: Contact with Blood
Vampirism is an effect similar to Undeath, where a characters skin turns pale white, and gains different features, such as dilated pupils, red to yellow cat-like eyes, enhanced abilities and senses and a heightened lifespan, the afflicted cannot gain saturation from anything other then blood and requires blood of living creatures to survive. A vampire may increase in rank through time equal to the rank x 10 + the previous amount’s (if any) years, otherwise, it must consume the amount of creatures blood equal to the rank x 100 litres worth. The lifespan of a creature afflicted with vampirism increases by x100.
Rank 1 – Vampiric Thrall
Benefits
Minor Sanguis Fames – You lose saturation at 10% per day, and 1 litre of blood restores your saturation by 10%.
Downsides
Servitude – The person who granted you this rank now has control over everything you do, you are under the effects of a Geas power and must listen to whatever the person that granted you the rank says.
Rank 2 – Vampiric Fledgeling
Benefits
Minor Sanguis Fames – You lose saturation at 10% per day, and 1 litre of blood restores your saturation by 10%.
Fangs – You gain a bite attack.
Downsides
Minor Light Sensitivity – You receive a -20% penalty to all Senses actions while in areas of bright light (including sunlight),
Rank 3 – Half Vampire
Benefits
Sanguis Fames – You lose saturation at 5% per day, and 1 litre of blood restores your saturation by 20%.
Fangs – You gain a bite attack.
Vampiric Charm – You gain a +10% to all Social actions made to deceive others that aren’t vampires.
Downsides
Light Sensitivity – You receive a -20% penalty to all Senses actions while in areas of bright light (including sunlight), and cannot regenerate any HP, MP or SP in bright light.
Rank 4 – Minor Vampire
Benefits
Sanguis Fames – You lose saturation at 5% per day, and 1 litre of blood restores your saturation by 20%.
Fangs – You gain a bite attack.
Vampiric Charm – You gain a +10% to all Social actions made to deceive others that aren’t vampires.
Minor Regeneration – You regenerate 5% of your HP per round. This regeneration goes away once you are unconscious or at death’s door.
Downsides
Light Weakness – You take 5% of your max HP into damage per minute whilst in sunlight.
Vampiric Conviction – You must ask others for permission to enter their homes, they must accept and agree, if you fail to do so, you immediately are frightened and must leave.
Rank 5 – Vampire
Benefits
Vampiric Abilities – The vampire gains a +5% to their Muscle, Agility and Vitality.
Sanguis Fames – You lose saturation at 5% per day, and 1 litre of blood restores your saturation by 20%.
Fangs – You gain a bite attack.
Vampiric Charm – You gain a +10% to all Social actions made to deceive others that aren’t vampires.
Regeneration – You regenerate 5% of your HP per round, you cannot be killed by anything other then stakes, sunlight or weapons and ammunition made of silver. If you are sent to death’s door, you immediately get up.
Vampiric Shifting – You may transform into a vampyre bat, or a mist swarm, and gain the properties of said creature. You lose all physical ability scores of your current form while in this form.
Downsides
Vampiric Weakness – You take 5% of your max HP into damage per minute whilst in sunlight. You are stunned for 1 round when in the presence of intense smells.
Vampiric Conviction – You must ask others for permission to enter their homes, they must accept and agree, if you fail to do so, you immediately are frightened and must leave.
Rank 6 – Noble Blood Vampire
Benefits
Vampiric Abilities – The vampire gains a +5% to their Muscle, Agility and Vitality.
Sanguis Fames – You lose saturation at 5% per day, and 1 litre of blood restores your saturation by 20%.
Fangs – You gain a bite attack.
Vampiric Charm – You gain a +10% to all Social actions made to deceive others that aren’t vampires.
Regeneration – You regenerate 5% of your HP per round, you cannot be killed by anything other then stakes, sunlight or weapons and ammunition made of silver. If you are sent to death’s door, you immediately get up.
Vampiric Shifting – You may transform into a vampyre bat, nosferatu or a mist swarm, and gain the properties of said creature.
Vampiric Powers – Vampires gain Forget as a power even if they wouldn’t meet the prerequisites.
Downsides

Vampiric Charm – You gain a +10% to all Social actions made to deceive others that aren’t vampires.
Regeneration – You regenerate 5% of your HP per round, you cannot be killed by anything other then stakes, sunlight or weapons and ammunition made of silver. If you are sent to death’s door, you immediately get up.
