You change all of your perks, powers and feats.

When choosing this ability, all of your perks, powers and feats are reset, and you are given the amount of points you have spent on these perks, powers and feats back. All Perks, Powers and Feats gained via different means (outside of levelling up) also are removed, and turned into a point to match their abilities.
