You can cast abilities much easier and with more strength while wearing armour

Prerequisites: Armour, +10% Fortitude, Level 4

Benefit – You may wear light, medium and heavy armour without any penalties. Your Power Potency is increased by +15% (max 0%) while wearing armour.

Normal – Wearing Armour you are not proficient in means you cannot sprint, jump or benefit from any movement enhancing abilities.
