This is a chest that has been modified to keep items cool and cold, it halves the rate of spoilage on food and items that decay over time. Coolers have been used for the longest of times, since the start of the Great Evolution it was known that colder temperatures prevent the spoilage and fermentation of food. Most people who travel tend to keep a cooler with them, either to keep their drinks cold for a party or to store food for the long haul.
